Assessment

It all starts with the Creating Wellness Assessment that looks at all 3 dimensions of stress in your life – Physical, Bio-chemical and Psychological – and calculates your Wellness Quotient, determining your individual level of wellness.

Your Creating Wellness Assessment includes:
• Heart rate & Blood pressure measurements
• Lung capacity
• Body Fat Analysis & Girth measurements
• Body Mass Indexing
• Arm, Leg & Torso strength tests
• surface EMG and Thermography scans to evaluate Nervous System function
• Comprehensive nutritional analysis including food choices & habits as well as individual nutritional supplementation needs
• Comprehensive Stress Analysis identifying your levels in over 50 different stress factors
• Physiological Stress Profiling using inputs from heart rate, skin conductance and skin temperature

Wellness Quotient

What is a Wellness Quotient?
It is a single number – personal to you – that is determined by the sum total of your measured response to a Creating Wellness Assessment. This Assessment includes a measurement of all three dimensions of your life – physical (Be Fit.), nutritional (Eat Right) and psychological (Think Well).

Customization

Individualized recommendations will then be made on how a customized program addressing your unique lifestyle stress profile can not only restore your health, but reverse the aging process and Create Wellness in your life.

Coaching

This may be the most important part of the program. Making major lifestyle changes can be one of the hardest things for a person to do. Our certified Wellness Coach will be with you every step of the way. Your personal Wellness Coach will help you break through your obstacles, help motivate you, and help celebrate your success!

Reassessment

You will be reassessed periodically to make sure you are on track to achieve the results you are looking for. These updated assessments allow us to make the proper adjustments as you progress through the program. As you improve your needs will change and so will your program.
